Attorney General Whisper Williams and Naval Commander Mark Millner were awarded the Citation of the Silver Dragon at the Nicholas II Memorial Service, Friday afternoon. Both had shown tremendous amount of dedication and loyalty to the nation, which included assisting Draculians in need during crisis and improving color guard performances over the years. Williams and Millner were the first to receive the Citation of the Silver Dragon. It's expected that one more might receive one by the end of the year, since three per year seems to be the goal of the President.
