Commonwealth of Dracul

We were informed today that Mr. D. Morris from South Dracul has departed the community. Reason regarding an investigation were the primary reasons for his departure, which we will not get into in great detail. In addition, Mr. Morris stated he would be departing the micronation community entirely. In light of this new event, a new South Dracul Lt. Governor will need to be appointed.
