Draculians in Memory
Life as we know it eventually comes to an end; at times sooner than we expect it. Draculians are no exception to the laws of nature and undergo the same transformation as others. Dracul lives forever however, that means you do too.
Honorary Citizens are individuals who expressed interest, were in the middle of their citizenship application process, or were married to Draculians at the time of the death. Honorary Citizenship is granted on a case-by-case basis by FNS.
