Unlike most government buildings around the world, the Bran House is open to the general public and also the Executive building for the Commonwealth of Dracul. The building is a rounded canopy, cement building, covered with aluminum roofing. Restrooms are available in the back, as well as the housing for utilities, for controlling the Unity Fountain in the middle of North Dracul. Tables are freely available for conferences and celebrations, held at the Bran House. At night, you can see the building fully illuminated with white lighting. The building is legally owned by the City of Houston.
